Covid-19 Guidelines 

  • Team members and guests will not be permitted on the premises if they have COVID-19 symptoms. If you feel sick or have been exposed to anyone ill you please  stay  home and reschedule your appointment.

  • Guests will be served by appointment only 

  • Social distancing will be practiced as much as possible

  • No additional guests are allowed to accompany you to your appointment including spouses, kids and babies. 

  • Stylists and guests will be required to wear protective face masks

  • We ask that you bring your own mask preferably one that secures behind the ears. Be aware that your mask may get stained if you are receiving color services . 

  • All equipment used by a service provider will be sanitized between guests 

  • Clean/sanitized capes and smocks for each guest 

Cancelation Policy 

Appointment times are reserved for each individual guest. We kindly ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with at least  24-hour notice. This ensures, your service providers can adjust their schedule accordingly. We understand that unexpected situations do come up and we will do our best to accommodate you. In the event that last minute cancellations, “no shows” or late arrivals become frequent you will be asked to leave a credit card  or deposit on file to secure future appointments and will be charged a cancellation fee at the discretion of each stylist.

Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late your service may not be able to be completed. . Services that cannot be accommodated due to a late arrival will also be subject to charges at the discretions of your service provider.​
